Dbians ..chicken dumka biryani oven lo ela cheyali..please share the procedure..

Drawbacks
Oka sari oven lo petta..500 degree f heat lo..for 1 and half hour ..ginger garlic sariga udakale...mukkaku alane pettukoni undi..

I need need some inputs..to cook more better

chicken curry with lot of gravy chey...then rice lo koncham chicken curry and rice and chicken curry and rice vesi oven lo petti 10gu....ade dum ka biryani

Crockpot use chey...slow cook chicken and spices..then add hald boiled rice as top layer...google..."crockpot biryani"

dhamka biryani oven lo how possible man dhum ela istavu - 

 

nenaithe simple ga preheat oven for 10 mins at 400 - tray lo chicken - masala - oil - chillipoweder - salt mix chesi 50 - 60% boiled rice ni add chesi oven lo 1 hr pedatha  - kevvu keka analekapoina oh maadiriga baane osthadi  @3$%

1)Marinate the chicken keep it Aside for 1-2hrs a side and meanwhile biryani mix(elachi,lavaga etc..) anni popu vesi, wash chesina

baasmathi Rice ni ricecooker  lo ready to cook state lo unna dantlo aa biryani mix kalupu put some salt too and taste it

 

2)Start cooking rice and chicken at once. Chicken in bowl and rice in rice cooker after both rice and chicken gets cooked for around 75-80%

 

3)Start the oven with the heat of 420 and let it get heated for 5mins

mean while add the rice and chicken in the biryani tray as layer. Before adding rice or chicken in the tray put the ghee or butter in the tray(oka bowl ni wash chesinattu put all over the tray not outside just inside of the tray)

 

4) put the rice and chicken like a layer and cover the tray with silver foil and put some small holes all over the foil with knife and put the tray in the oven and let it be there for 20mins and now change the oven heat to broil for 5mins.

 

After that takeout the tray from over and eat ur biryani

Ge biryani procedure antha pedha lolli.....tenguthe 2hrs kataham...manchi ga chicken 65 chesko tineyu...
