You cannot change the Title at your will unless approved by the LIEN Holder... The Car title sticks with the OWNER in your case its the Financing Company bcz they are the lien holder..The title remains in their NAME  until you pay the money in full to that company ....and then title changes to your name ...or if you sell the car to someone else... only in these cases the Title get changed.. 

 

All you need to do once you to move to new state is get the New Registration from DMV [ Look up in DMV Site for that State and find  out the  documents that are needed for the new registration ... which may require a copy of the Lien Documents  & Some DMV's may ask the Lien Holder to send a copy of existing Title ]  & Update the Insurance company with the NEW Address ( which may cause a change in insurance Rates ) and send a copy of both to your financial company so they can keep a track of the Car.... ok car ki oka title untadi adi life time of the car - in case of lost or stolen title copy ki apply cheskovocchu - in ur case u needed to register the car in the newer state u r moving in and update the new address info to ur lien holder and insurance agent
