sepearte bag undedi towel, ironed shirt,pant, underwear , banaian in seperate bag, and i had some things which already in my locker like soap , shampoo, and scrubber

 

gym after bath and got to office and return to home at 4

aapeece ninchi direct ga nenu gym ki veltha... aa roju shirt malli veyyanu kabatti lite..

pant ni nice ga madathapetti oka plastic bag lo pedatha, so I can wear it the next day

nenu office nundi direct ga gym ki veltha, oka bag lo neat pant and shirt fold chesi petti, gym clothes vesukunta....pant vesukovadam repeat cheyochu but shirt maathram only once vesthanu due to my work place environment

so evening office nunchi vaapas poyeppudu, i go to restroom switch to workout short or gym trouser  and leave to gym
