RECOMMENDATIONS is not something only OC's will use. In India every body try to see if there is any recommendation in his circle (for any thing like cinema tickets, bus pass, job, marraige, bank purpose ) ...

 

Lets be more specific on recommendations  Caste tho ekkuva avtayi AP and TG lo..

All upper class are caste related. even road contract nunchu engineering college approving daka money and caste ante..
