E-verify ante... when u start for the fist time on h1b or when u transfer your visa to that new employer, if "e-verifiable", then you can e-sign and e-verification happens. Nothing on paper. You'll get electronic documents and sign and send them back. Your visa transfer will be smooth.

That tool work cheyadu.. Half of them ki Everify no ani chupistadhi.. Maa company ki kuda.. No ani chupistadhi.. Lol
