they pay teachers 10,000 rupess.

 

nenu koncham baga study chesa school business in India.

 

They will hire enigneering and degree graduates... who speak fluent english and look posh and manage things. These are the qualifications they look for. Mostly teachers obviously.

 

these girls will work as teachers.. some for passion some for pocket money until they get in to IT or get married to a nri dude.

 

they pay them 10,000 rupess and their first task is to decorate school class rooms daily in most posh way...

next  attend meetings with parents 

third do homework activities on behlaf of studens and picture them as their work... 

fourth collect choclates gifts from nri rich kids.

School daka alochistunnavu..janalu days baby tho kuda English lone matladutunnaru.India lo current trend ide..nannu andaru comment chestaru nenu na kids tho eng lo matladanu ani ..
