Most of the time appeal's don't work as far as i heard....just call any lawyer and tell the story.... oka 150 or 200 ekkuva avuthundi...but points emi padavu neeku...just parking ticket ala vesthadu...(speeding ticket cost+200) avuthundi, so insurance increase avvadu and no points also...
