toyotapartspeople.com sells remote start for hybrids for $300 approx. Install would be around 1-2 hours on a $80 per hour basis. The dealer will charge you around $500 for the install

 

get it done with the dealer. dealers generally warranty issues vaste ekkada bokka pedadham ani chustaru, you will probably save couple hundred by going aftermarket, not worth the risk though.
