Full time ki different and contracting ki different process man... full time my experience with MSFT aitey 6 rounds interview.. first 2 telephonic (recruiter also included) tarvata 2 skype, tarvata in person and tarvata inko in person... 

 

consulting aitey simple one or two max undocchu... If you are in Bayarea, You can get google positions.. the one I applied for was Google Payments team.. maa office lo okadu FB fulltime ki apply chesadu, first round loney tarimesaaru... edo search algorithm raayamannaru anta, vaadu google open chesadu.. if you know Cassandra, FB is hiring bigtime now...

 

FB recruitment kuda anta easy kaadu, 6-7 rounds untadi and it will span across 15 days to 1 Month sometimes.. kaani vaatilloki vellalantey matram you dont have to be a super born talented guy...
