Cousin okadu FTE .. vaadi H1 Sep ki ending.. so mostly 3 months mundhu like june aa time lo file cheyocchu anta Ext.. kaani vaadi company lo GC cheyyaru ippude anta.. so bayata FTE chusukuntunnadu wid Prime Venbdors/Clients..Still No Luck..

Recent ga promotion vacchindhi anta.. so designation change ayindhi kabatti dey r autumatically filing Amendement anta tokkalodhi...

 Ippuddu issue n Qs enti ante :
 

•  Amendement regular ga chestaaru anta and it may take 6-8 M ani colleague tolded .. is this true ?... edho date kuda untadhi anta kadha ..any Clue ?

•  Amendement tym lo india ki poleru anta  ga?. and also Client change avvaleru anta ga ?.. i  mean just in case if he found good oppurtunity wid diff company..Can't he move while amendment is in process?

•  oka sari Amendement ayyaka cant he move to Diff company/client ?

•  Direct ga H1 ext apply cheyocchu kadha wid new designation.. why dis amendment thing tokkalodhi ?

simple answer is f you want to move even during processing. you can goahead. No issues. India veltam ante yee processing iyena kocham kasta but its not absolute that you shouldn't.
