FAIRFAX, VA: A Fairfax man, Sricharan Peddu, 22, was arrested after Metro Transit Police put out a BOLO (be on the lookout) with his photo on the social media, according to a MTPD news release.

According to court documents, at approximately 1:45 a.m. January 16, 2016, Peddu allegedly exposed himself and masturbated while seated next to a female passenger aboard a Green Line train.

I doubt they would release his pic if they don't have conclusive evidence in this case. Also the fact that they asked for more victims isn't so much because they don't have enough evidence against him, it's just to indict him in more cases in case other people come forward as victims. 

 

All in all, I think he's in the wrong here. If not the police dept as well as the lady both are looking at a few hundred thousand dollars in wrongful conviction. I think he might be the one that actually did it here.
