So you are saying that it could just be a case of "he said, she said" here. I mean to say she could have just accused him for no reason at all, even if she just hates Indian men or is racist herself. 

 

So this could happen to anyone then, you could be alone in a train with another young lady and she might go and complain to the police that you did something vulgar of this sort, although she has no proof at all. In that case, how can the police publish his picture and name? Shouldn't that result in a defamation case against her for accusing him unfairly and tarnishing his image?

again, public grounds no expectation of privacy. be on the lookout ani already photos vesaru. ippudu there's no conclusive evidence, so multiple victims unte, they can show this is a behavior pattern and book him.
