mavni is okay, but its not substitute for a decent immigration law.

 

the broken immigration system may be good for the US and the world. have you thought of that?

It should be a points/merit based system in the US as well similar to how it is in Canada and Australia. Then a lot of people that aren't deserving will not make it. However it's tough for that to happen seeing what a powerful lobby immigration attorneys and USCIS have as far as making money via filing fees, extension fees etc is concerned.

Most Indians once they become citizens look down upon their fellow Indians who are on visas, and also behave in a way that they are the only ones that deserved to become American citizens. 

 

Indians who became US citizens haven't contributed a dime, whether to the cause of immigrants or US in general. They just live like parasites for the most part, most not all.

I think Australia gives you a PR, whether you have a job offer or not. Canada's is better, but takes too long.

 

UK has the right employment based visa, I think.
