Evaranna chesara. Which route is better to take, there are two options for me. I-40 West or I-80 West. I-40 West goes through the South and I -80 W goes via the Northern States and Midwest.

How many days should I allocate to do this, suggestions please.

no stopping ante, 2.5 days lo kottochu, but too risky. 2 nights 6 hours sleep veste, 3 days lo vellochu

40 west is a bit long route for u and u go through okc, amarillo, new mexico. not exactly terrific places u know.

on 80, u go next to SLC, bonneville flats, tahoe. scenic mountain areas. if planning during winter, check if there will be a snow storm. snow storm unte, not advised on 80. u will need tire chains in California if road is snowy. wouldn't be surprised if it's same law in Colorado, Utah

Yeah you are right bro, end of the day the Southern route is just 3 hours and 200 miles more compared to the Northern one. But I am inclined towards the Northern one because of the scenic beauty compared to the desert landscapes in the South.

I didn't know this about snow chains, can you find them at Autozone?

pretty sure autozone won't carry tire chains if you're in east coast. try ebay/amazon and do some practice. they can be put within 5 minutes if you are used to it. if you have AWD vehicle, u don't need to put tirechains, but it's advised to have them with u

snow fell yesterday and this morning in CA. next 10 days lopala no snow forecasted. Colorado and Utah gurinchi teliyadu

80 is really beautiful near SLC. bonneville flats lo aagi konchem photos teesukovachu, miles and miles of salt. nevada lo pedda bore, but you will hit Reno, and tahoe is amazing.

in CA tirechains use cheyala vadda ane conditions choodali ante use www.magnifeye.com right now, they're saying u need as snow isn't totally cleared out on the highway
