Man Buys Iphone 5S Gold For 68 Rupees Snapdeal!

Snapdeal is famous for its major goof-ups: it sent rock and wood to customers in place of the things they ordered. And their insincere behavior landed them in a soup once again.

On February 12, Nikhil ordered an iPhone from Snapdeal which was priced at Rs 68. After placing the order, he kept on waiting for the iPhone to be delivered.

But before the order could be delivered, it got canceled. Nikhil chose not to be silent and approached the consumer court in Sangrur district of Punjab, where Snapdeal was asked to ‘honor the deal’.

The judgement was passed in Nikhil’s favor: He got the iPhone for Rs 68, and Snapdeal had to pay a penalty of Rs 2000/-
