It's very simple. Tell them I don't need original but a photocopy would suffice. I need this as and when at POE the officer might ask how my H1b is extended beyond 6yrs. I will have to show them that my company sponsord an immigrant petition form I140. I told my company this and they provided me a photocopy instead of original.
