And overall ga enni calories burn chestunav rough ga

roughga oka 300-500...8 daka chestunna...oat meal or grilled chicken vth some veggies..brahmi5.gif

u may need to change your work out timings ;

 

I go to gym by 7 max. and have dinner by 9 and will go to bed whenever I feel sleepy. I never had sleep problems. 

 

Infact if u started gym recently then due to body pain you shall get good sleep..
