How it is helpful to all F1s?

In 3 years opt period if your 140 is approved you can get EAD with AP. No stamping, No H1 needed for your life.


If everything is as you said, why all F1s need to comment?


Employers with the help of lobbying firms Proposed same executive orders in different form. Which is not to give EAD with AP until priority dates become current. That Way easily takes 15-25 years. For that time period you have to maintain H1. These days they are approving H1 for 1 year only .



Now if you feel with in your OPT expiration, if you need Unconditional EAD go and comment.
