I am checking Jowar , Wheat , but they have equal carbs and calories almost similar
ini days roti is very low in calories anukunna

Best non carbohydrate food suggestion indian style and also which website do u use for calorie count for indian food

Nuvuu calories count n carbs chusthy emi tinnalevu...idly koda carbs ey...avacado ela ayithy good fat category lo vadthadho...nuvuu mention chesina grains Antha manchivi but time takes to digest , hard on liver ...andhuky try to eat them for very very early dinner ...may b around 6 in the evening ...instead of wheat prefer jowar with boiled vegetables or so ...Indian style of cooking is preferable but weight loss Kosam kadhu ...atb

comparing the benefits and for double the cost of brown rice..I still prefer brown rice..ninne Patelslo 20 LB techa for $18...samslo 2 LB quinoa $10..ante 20 LB $100...do you still think its work?

meeru koncham ekuva spend chesaaru....its always best to get Quinoa from costco , its only 12 $ for 4LB .(Organic)

29$ for 20LB (non-organic )

 

I am not a fan of quinoa either, but its nutritional value is really worth every $ 

 

 

I just meant to say it has more vitamins , minerals and nutrients compared to brown rice.

 

Quinoa is a healthy carb along with 8GM of protein,,(higher protein value than a single egg), 21% of fiber, 30%magnesium , 28% Phosphorous and many more essentials for a day..

brown rice..quinoa....beans...reduced fat cheese...1% milk....salads.....pears...enjoyy...

1 cup quinoa , 2 cups water pressure cook cheyachu...2 whistles 

 

1 cup quinoa 1/2 cup moong with 1 tomato 2 vankay..salt , pasupu , garam masala, karam vesi kichidi la tinaachu..

 

if u dont like quinoa , kichidi cheskondi chala baguntundi
