I am checking Jowar , Wheat , but they have equal carbs and calories almost similar 

ini days roti is very low in calories anukunna

 

Best non carbohydrate food suggestion indian style and also which  website do u use for calorie count for indian food

 

You should eat rice too, but once or twice a week may be a Cup .. get measuring cups for food..

 

To counter that you need to have a workout regime..

 

Add White Rice 1/2 cup + Moong Dal (1/2 or 3/4) cup + Veggies likes beans capsicum+Spices and cook together.. it will balance out your good Carb+  Protein+ good Fat diet.. 

 

Other Recipe is after cooking rice, use a little butter and get herbs like oregano , basil etc and add few egg whites/ tofu/ soy chunks and once it is cooked add rice to it.. i rotate the same recipe one day a week with different proteins like lean chicken breast/ eggs/tofu or seitan/soy chunks..

 

if you don't switch your foods everyday, you will get bored of eating in a week and will get back to your old diet..

how do you guys cook quinoa, i want to try but not sure what is the best way to prepare it for dinner.

 

i normally cook one cup quinoa with 2.5 cups of water -- i don't use pressure cooker.. it pretty much open cooking, will chip in few veggies to cook with quinoa..
