Travel When H1B Amendment In Process?

Need suggestions Friends,

 

I Have H1B stamping till 2017, 6 months back changed to new client and filed amendment[Normal/Regular Process]. Its been 5 months and no update yet, recently requested the processing to premium[thought i will get an update in 2 weeks], been 3 weeks still no update, i have a flight next week, now i'm in dilemma that can i travel though it is In Process? If do so, If approved, no worries but what if my Amendment not approved or RFE ? return time at POE what are the questions Officers will ask etc..Please shed some light if any one gone through same situation and your valuable suggestions and experience. Thanks alot in advance :)

Purpose enti travel di. If it is not urgent or compulsary then postpone. inka compulsary ante travel chey. ippudu h1 amendments every 6 months and 1 year ki cheyadame untadi client change ayinappudalla, dhanikosam mana life time events ni ayithe aapalem kada. Emundi amendment receipt doc and all other docs cardy chey. But be prepared to go back any time in this visa situation, don't love america too much, it will dump u anytime.

important ayithe vellu bro. u have valid visa stamp right then no need to afraid of it. avunu amend cheyinchav and same employer kada just client change anthe. amendment process uscis vadu delay chesthe nee thappu kadu kada. Mee employer and attorney emantunnaru travel gurinchi adugu.

Employer ni adigite, valid visa vundi kada emm kaadu, but why risk annadu...vaadu sure gaa emm chepaledu..kind of inka my decision atlaa...

Andaru ade chebtaru. Nee h1 lawyer gadu em cheppadu. Lavada lodi okka question ki straight forward answer dorakadu, ala unnay current h1 visa rules. visa ichevadu okati chebtadu, poe daggara vadu oka rule chebtadu. They both should be on same page about these visa rules.

Already Premium chesa bro, its been 3 weeks..no update yet...any idea what would be the status if Amendment not approved?
