Na laptop default OS Windows 7. Windows 10 automatic update ochindi, chesa. Bluetooth work cheyatledu. I tried installing, uninstally, updating drivers, but error ostondi. Now bluetooth is not being shown in device manager. laptop site page nunchi drivers download chesi install chesa, but same problem again. 

 

Bluetooth device model is Qualcomm atheros ar3012.

Did you find windows 10 driver, i dont think they have a win 10 driver yet

did you tried this video ..... it will help you to get back bluetooth in device manager ... if blooth start showing try install this bhyaaa
