yea desi contract is much better than FT. Nenu kuda 2 yrs Ft sesa oka company lo. FT mamolu appudu bagane untadi but appraisal ane time appudu mathram movie supistaru. Year antha goddu chakiri chesina rating ivvaru saaley gallu. H1 processing appudu sarigga information undadu(depends on attorney) and GC ante policy etc ani sollu kaburlu cheptaru...
