Hyd is simply the best Indian city to live. Its hard to contest that. Prices at 1/4th of Mumbai with comparable infra, simply a great deal.

HUDA is extinct   its HMDA now, has been for past 6 yrs

 

and since expanding GHMC limits that consumed half of HMDA's suburb territory, GHMC is now the kingpin when it comes to Hyd

Timely, critical maybe air.  nothing beats water for general delivery. period. btw, India lo anta mission critical high value transports are probably very low percentage, if they exist

depends on infra to the port. transportation won't add much to the cost of the product if the infra to the port is good.

Precisely why bay area housing is almost at par with NYC. NYC is global leader in Finance and has proximity to Europe, but can't do tech as well as bay area. btw, NY region output is 1.2 trillion, double of bay area, GDP/population numbers are inline with SF and not as extreme as SF to LA
