yeah adey anna nenu customer care tho.. illu konali.. ee time lo card closing.. opening a new card account.. pulling history.. is a big risk for me ani..

also for the past 6-7 years spent more than $200k-$300k on this card and paid back.. this card was most useful card in terms of building credit history.. now new account antey i have to start from scratch... WTF man antey.. let me talk to supervisor ani ellindi.. vachi costco may or maynot (not sure) convert this amex card to someother costco valid credit card annattu ga anidi
