Can you suggest some good tennis shoes ?

Adidas Barricade are the best I have used, Baracudas are also pretty good

Also used Nike Court Vapor in the past, pretty good

Babolat makes some good shoes as well, Lotto tennis shoes are very good too although expensive.

How do you get this certification?

Around NTRP 4.5 right now.  Extreme western forehand and I am having wrist problems lately. Do you suggest switching grips? Is it worth switching?

P.S: I play for fun not competitively

I used to be a 4.5 rated officially. Now I am at a 4.0 and play with mostly 4.0s.

Don't go extreme Western on the forehand it's bound to give you wrist issues. I prefer a continental grip on the forehand and play with a mostly Eastern grip on the backhand(I have a single handed backhand).

It depends on what you feel most comfortable with. Also try to put some soft co poly strings(I can suggest a few that eliminate wrist problems).

What racquet do you use? It depends on the stiffness rating of the racquet and the tension you string it at.

tennis lo service nerchkokunda..entha aadina waste...

esp desi gallu....vachi prathi okkadu federer cutting isthadu...chesey first serve lo Ace veyaali ankuntaru.

and then the game becomes a mere mockery

nen cheppindhi ..basics nerchko...1 week more than enuff basics..then rock on ani

This depends on the level you play bro. I have played with 3.5s and most of them are the same way. First serve edo ace kottalani full force toh esi kodataru adi net ko leka out potundi. Second servemo oka duck serve untundi, waiter serve antaru choodu adi. No pace, no flight, no topspin etc ready to be f***d. I f***d many people like that who have those duck serves.

Better option is to have a slice serve for your first serve, you can still add pace to the ball and have very good control and spin on it. I usually hit a slice serve for my first serve and when it's 70% in, I go for the flat fast serve. Most people who play recreationally don't have that much strategy. If you play with 4.0s and 4.5s they usually have a very good slice serve for their first serve.

Thanks Man.

Prince EXO3 is a great racquet, it's perhaps the easiest on the wrist.

RPM Blast is a good string too but might be a too stiff, 58 lbs ain't bad though. I developed tennis elbow after using the Babolat Pure Drive Roddick Plus. Love the racquet though, serves are pretty much bombs with that one.
