--dalits should first try and become economically stable....not easy but primary education needs an overhaul to help them use reservations more effectively..

 

-- they should take a leaf out of OBCs in UP/Bihar and for that matter in cities like Hydbad....where by becoming economically powerful lobby they can secure social and political clout.

 

-- and this eternal victimhood syndrome ...however justified they think it is....will not gel well with todays aspirational youth in India....they cannot keep claiming reservations as their right....more Jat/Patel/kapu agitations will follow....

 

--dalits cannot somehow magically turn the tables and occupy the ruling class chairs....do you think ruling classes are stupid to let that happen.....they cannot antagonize the whole Upper caste population....if this problem needs to be fixed it should a cooperative effort...
