driving comfort undadhu, rough ride, cabin noise is high when cruising 70+.

AWD must anukunte mazda cq5 is good. BMW X3 preowned as you said you are on budget. cross overs kakunda AWD cars ayite mast options unnayi.

If cross over is a must, and driving comfort is a must I suggest Mazda CQ5.

if you sacrifice driving comfort and need an AWD on a budget, why crosstek when you have Jeep Wrangler Option.

Only Subaru, audi awd systems are tested and proven. Acura good antunnaru konta mandi, no idea. You from CT right, you must see lots of audis and subies

Wrangler na friend ki undedi. Mechanical issues aside, worst gas mileage. 10mpg vaste chala ekkuva. And it isn't full-time awd, you have to stop, change to 4wd, and drive. Big hassle

yeah, I see a lot of subies, audis and Jeeps (wranglers, cherokees etc. ) here.

new wranglers (2012+) have better engine, better mpg (18+ with no modifications like huge tires), no rust issues. the thing about not able to change to 4wd on the fly is true, its a pain.

Acura AWD is also good, RDX dirve chesa, it did well in 6 inches of snow. so MDX should be better too, but i agree that no one can beat subaru/Audi AWD. They added some magic in those AWD I guess.

most subarus are ugly, in my opinion, except for WRX. WRX is both beauty and beast. Audis are Audis, simple and neat german cars as long as they are running. issues vaste pedha bokka padthundhi.

Agreed on ugly subies. Their handling in snow is tops though. i drove a 2003 Forrester in 30+ inches snow, handled it like a champ. That car gave us 150k miles and failed recently. Didn't replace with another subaru as we don't need awd, but if needed, no doubt i would have brought a newer forester
