Dude when you know the land rates will go 10 times and if you buy the land at 1 and half time , that is still cheating and could be prosecuted , that is called scam 

because the seller is kept in dark ,and only information is known to hand full of people , this is still a scam and CBN and his troop are well known for this kind of scams in hyderabad and now in Amaravathi
