H4-Ead Full Time

I recently heard that IT companies are not willing to take H4-EAD's for direct full time positions.

 

Is it true?

 

Please tell me if any one know information about it

 

Does any one got full time job on H4-EAD?

Even if all the replies suggest companies don't take H4 EAD, I recommend him to try. May be he will be THE one guy of all who is able to convince the company to take him.

one of my friends lives in Sandiego. She's on H4 EAD.. I dont remember which company it is , but she has got a fulltime offer last week...

May be EAD with AP ledani telusukunnattunnaru and H1 valla jobs and status ke guarantee ledu inka H4 is just dependent kada so anduke avoid chestunnaremo.

H1 ni inka worst chesindi amendment concept.
