Wife India lo unnappudu  thanaki EAD file cheyochha (will be back in April) or she has to be present here?

 

Travelling lo unnappudu emanna issues ravochha?

Also future dated extended 797 unte current and future 797 rendu attach cheyyala documentation ki?

 

also i-94 copy cbp lo expire iyindi...so i94 in 797 should work, correct?

What if my wife never went to India? Cbp lo only Poe thru osthe ne update avthundi kada so in that case 797 lo i94 shud be valid anukunta

When you file for EAD she must be in US

que was she was here and went for a visit.

Ippudu assuming she never went to India appudu documentation lo expired i94 downloaded from cbp website pettala which I don't think is valid anymore.

Or 797 lo kinda leaf lo unna i94 is the actual i94? Which will be enough for filing EAD

If she never went to India, she will have a valid I-94 which you can get it from the website. This I-94 is the one you get it while entering US.

If she left, you cannot apply for EAD, CBP also has the arrival and departure records, you can get these from the same website, under travel history page.

 

To apply EAD, we have to attach a valid I-94.

But website lo old one ee undhi which was expired in 2014.But she has extended 797 which has new i94 attached at bottom till 2019.will that be sufficient is my question?
