What care do you take and how are you managing?

 

Naku Migraine Right Side pain osthadhi, apudu apudu main ga stress ekuva ayinapudu, Night padukonivadhu ...

 

Starts from Right Eye and it stretches till the right shoulder, Adhi ochinapudu matram peaks ... 

 

Doctor Prescribed Tablets unayi avi vadtha, and 1 course also completed...

 

Breathing exercises, Pranayamam Chesthey koncham control lo untadhi, prevent cheyochu dantho ....

Since 6 yrs bhaa .....em cheyalo ardam kavatledhu naaku aite nela ko oosari vastundhi - adhe edho ammayi ki nelaki vochinattu vastundhi ----

1 mnt ki adhi good ooo bad ooo teliaydhu kani -doc ni kalisthe -mandhu ledhu ani tolded - do exercise and take vit d - frm sun:)

Pain right side nunchi start ayyi next day left side ki vocchi ...aa taruvatha ..set aithadi amma -- ee process avvadaniki -1-2-3 days avutadhi , e madhya lo nauseu/vom feeling :(

Yeah Adhi True, Good Point told, naku kuda DOC cheparu, Daily morning sunlight lo oka 5 Min nilchovali and Pranayamam Cheyali Ani....

Paithyam antaru a food thinaku eg raw peanuts. Chocolates avoid cheyi, d vitamin thisko, sinus vunte thagginchuko. Naaku yearly once vastundi first sight problems for secs edanna headache tablet veskuni 5 min padukunta 15 min ki normal avutundi.

Hi I had this problem for two years, when i went to India I went for a MRI scan everything was fine of the report, according to my experience u get migraine of stress or eating food in time or sunlight
Main thing is Have to observe when you are getting migraine is important and at what situation..
I used to get once a day or sometimes in the early morning due to negligence of food/ stress, finally I overcame this with change of food by having Alpen oats (Costco) everyday in the morning. Recently I got once in 5 months having oats in the morning and dinner at night

Kakkesi paduko... hayiga untundi.

 

Ayurveda lo edho liquid undi... oka sari sniff cheste relief untundi.. peru gurtu ku ratledu

Naku cluster migrane undi.. Yearly once vosthadi. Vochinappudu oka 2 mnths untadi. Atleast 1-2 times a day vosthadi ah 2 mnths lo.. Malla 10mnths happy..

Same with me. Right side pain.
Doctor edo nasal spray prescribe chesadu. Adi kottukunte instant ga taggipothadi. But galeez smell vosthadi

Better avoid sweets....
Nenu almost 16 years nunchinsuffer avuthunna...
Oka doc daggaraki velthe one month Emi thinnav eppudu vachhindhi Oka chart la raayamannadu.....migraina vachhe mundhu roju Emi thinnavo avi maneymannadu.....
Present aithe aavalu chinthapandu lemon mulakkada manesa....light Ga thinta adhi kuda daytime....ippudu thaggindhi...inka stress Valla vachhe maigraine aithe early morning swimming Ki vellmannadu....vellaoka 6 months appati nunchi konchem control lo vundhi...appudappudu vasthadhi kaani ekkuva sepu vundadu....
Naaku migraine vachhe mundhu kallu masaka Ga kanipisthayi....adhi first symptom....
