[Help Me] I94 Is Expiring

my wife entered US on in May 2015. She got i94 expiration till Apr 12, 2016

in August 2015 i filed H1 transfer along h4 extention and she got new i94 that will expire in August 2016.(h4 document)

in between she had to travel to india and came back in Jan 2016.  at POE she got new i94 that has expiration date of Apr 12, 2016.

 

is i94 in h4 document still valid after Apr 12,2016?

 

does she have to leave the US before her i94 expires?

 

how can i correct i94 date ?

Cbp vallu i-94 lo correctionsubtene change chestaru... I think TS valla wife passport expiring on apr 12,2016.. Anduke next time us entry appudu kuda malli apr 12, 2016 exp date icharu... No use going to cbp people... Memu crt gane ichamu passport expiry date meeda you have to get ur visa extended by reapplying or cross the borders antaru..

It all depends on the site you approached and also the officer who takes your case.

 

My friend has same issue.

 

First time they said go out of the country.

 

Again after a week he tried at the same location but different officer was there and he gave new i94 :)

is there any chance i94 will get extended if we visit CBP office with all supporting documentation. ??
