Need Help In H4-Ead And H4-Cos

My employer applied my h1b extension last month. now I want to upgrade it to premium this month. Can I add H4-COS and H4-EAD now to my application?

 

I want to send premium request + h4-COS +H4-EAD in same package.

 

I dont know if USCIS can process h4-COS and H4-EAD in premium if I do like this or issue some rfe. Anyone did like this before?

I should have done it along with my h1 extension, but appudu ma wife h1b amendemet processing lo undhi.

 

So now I want to send it along with Premium request. Most of the attorneys never did this before.

 

I want to know anyone from this db tried this before successfully.
