Eee registration, service tax, sales, VAT, stamp duty fees structure meedha can any one throw some light?

When are we supposed to pay stamp duty, tax and all fees?
At the time of registration or before?
Do u guys have any idea on how much we supposed to pay

Registration fees- 7.5% of deed value(Deed value ante total property cost in the agreement paper excluding black money).- This should be paid by you.

Registrar office expenses - You might have to pay anywhere between 25,000 to 30,000. (this is official lancham in the register office). - You should pay this.

Stampo duty - 0.5% of total Loan that you are going to avail - You should pay this...

 

 

You should pay all above now. no matter during construction or after construction.

 

Bank will not approve loan unless it throughly check the building plan and additional documents from builder.

so as long as it is good venture go for it.

good venture oo kaadho theliyadhu, dhigaaakaa, deposit pay chesaaka 4months ki ivvanni chebuthunnaadu, inko 5-6months lo apartment construction finish chestha antunnadu

chudaali mare.... anukunnadhaani kanna extra amount kaataalsi vasthundhi :(

sontha illu sontha illu ani egirinantha time pattaledhu ..........dhoola theeeruthundhiga
