2) h1 apply with employer(with mana dabbuu) or
3) wait until 140 approve then h4 ead (now process start chesthey it takes atleast 15 months)

So either than waiting for your i140, this is best as per my knowledge

Another option if you are expecting I140 in 1 yr - find a good local univ that offers graduate certificate in specializations related to job (ex. graduate certificate in BI, CyberSecurity, Big Data) 

Focus on certificates that helps improve communication and job skills. These can be finished in 2-3 semesters with only 20-30% of MS fee. It is also much better than doing MS in some cr*p univ
