oka man can produce 4 pregnancies (child) with 4 spouse(by marriage) but, oka woman cant do that with 4 spouses. Increasing population was a big thing. May be thats why they mentioned this in their law. I am supporting it though. Just trying to make sense of what they might be thinking.

They also clean penis by water after they urinated. This is to avoid urine infections which is common in girls while having sex. I dont see anything wrong in this.
