Fte Job Offered

Bayya, i worked hard in my current company . I am with vendor now. Now my client has offered me an FTE job . Usual gaa h1bs ni asalu tesukoru.

But they came forward to hire me . I am very happy that they recognized my efforts. However, pay is far less than what i earn today.

Even if i dont accpet my job , there is never going to be a threat to my contract as they consider me as an important resource.

My question is it a good move ? My I140 approved with my vendor, i am getting close to completion of 6 years term. If i take FTE offer, do i have to start GC from start.

Vendor is the one who told me to take the offer as my client asked to give the resouce.

Mi thoughts share cheyandi vaa

pay difference, GC processing, how soon ?, if you're meeting these 2 reqs OK, i would suggest you to go with an FTE,

take into consideration the place you're working on, you sound like you're comfortable at your current place, this is one imp factor..you might or might not not get an good environment place in future which does matters big time, another thing the current place like city, expenses, climate, people around you, so check/consider all these options

good luck!!

contract ki em problem lenantha varaku its not a better deal man.. difference oka 10-15k aitey ok anochu as they will incur other expenses like h1, gc fees and attorney fee ala.. but 30 k will be too much difference on your paycheck.. so try to talk like, I am excited about the offer but idi problem ani cheppadaniki try chey... naa CA client ki first indian and h1 hire kuda neney if I take it.. vallu Labor cheyyali antey , i don't know what it is you have to talk to the attorney yourself and get things done ani cheppadu.. andukey nenu two minds lo thinking... if things are like that, think twice but you will have higher hand because you are special in the pool...
