i bought a house, ante new construction just deposit icha...it will be ready by May...

 

Can anyone suggest me good mortgage lenders ? i live in philly...

did you go thru a realtor ? you can ask realtors too.. they have many contacts

Credit score bagunte try quicken. No worries even if its low. Lots of mortgage companies

+1 for quicken loans. Easy process and competitive interest rates.

Also, shop around. Try local lender and get quotes from atleast 2-3 lenders. Quicken will match that rate if it's low.
