Hi guys regarding layoffs and all,

All companies are trying to save money since they don't want to suffer if some other recession comes..
Just precautions

So they are bidding for cheapest of all vendors.. And implementation partners..hence we see low billing rates and outsourcing


Hopefully oil economy and everything gets restored so that clients can risk for opening more contract roles and implement new projects.

None of the companies these days are seeing same climb in revenue ...

Americans who used to be spendthrift now going for budget cars..budget savings etc

but recession?? my client's most number of sales/day in the last 8 years was like last monday.......and they are doing new technology inititatives.....iam not sure if all industries are down or just oil
