ye type of house kavali telusa first? Condo/townhome or single family?

sorry..i don't agree with bezawada bro....

 

1st decide to buy a house....research on how much you can effort, how much down payment you have, what interest rate you will get based on your score.....

 

After the above is done...then start the house hunting......

ok, single family. sqft entha undali ante, goto realtor.com and look up places in your zip code

 

real estate is all about location. generally speaking, good school district high price untundi, but resale appudu bane vastundi.

 

realtor.com/redfin lo easy ga untayi school districts etc choodatam. 10/10 rating unna area will be 450k+ even in affordable areas

 

downpayment 20% unte better. 40k antunnav kabatti, I'm guessing ur going for 10%. that's more than enough, but you will have to pay pmi of ~250-300$ which is basically 3k extra per year.

 

house konetappudu #1 pitfall property taxes. if your area is high property taxed, renting maybe better unless you stay really long term

 

15 or 30 year loan. 30 year loan payments are cheap, but first 12 years payments will go majority interest. not so good deal financially if you have the means to payoff

PMI depends on the % of your Donwpayment and credit score.

 

ex: house values 500K, if 10% is the down payment and credit score of 700...then around 250$ pm PMI.
