1. FD lu nee peru meeda chesthe usa lo tax kattali interest amount meeda. parents peru meeda chesthe ok.
2. Real estate ante 15L ki land/plot vastundi but litigations and headaches lekunda chusukoni konali and make sure someone watch it regularly- so lot of management and possible risk.
3. MF - market tho patu fluctuate avutundi, risk is involved.

Andaru EC theesukune kontunnaru but still litigation ela avutundi, full confidence tho nammi konela levu ee govt. registration rules. Ekkado oka litigation avutune untunnay open plots lo.

fraud jarugutune undi kada lands lo. land konalante vanda vishayalu alochinchali antaru kada, malli konnaka regular ga watch cheyali. asalu double registrations and kabza lu ela jarugutunnay even after government did computerised registration process.
