isro lower level jobs have Reservation by Caste.

 

The Age limit is relaxed but for promotions and crucial scientist jobs there is no reservation by Caste.

 

That is the reason being a Govt agency yet ISRO is such a succesfull organisation. India should be Reservation free and encourage people by Merit.
