ISRO is unique. very few organizations in entire world are capable of what it's doing. and aa level ki unna scientists dorakatame kashtam. If any body goes there, it's fine. one other thing is, it employs maybe <500 scientists

 

other govt organizations do stuff which has been distilled since a long while, and are pretty basic compared to what ISRO does. akkada, it doesn't hurt to have reservations.
