ma friend got his h1 in 2011. he paid half for his h1. 

he moved from tht employer and got fte. working since 4yrs. tht employer got under scrutiny and investigation.

dhs came to his house yesterday and asked him qs...he accepted tht he paid half... they want him to visit now visit court.

he has house..he has a kid..he has 140 approved..wife has ead....now full tension

 

h1b rule states that...petition and its expenses shd be spent by employer only. 

h1b first rule is...only if the emp has a job on hand...thts when only he can apply for h1b...and tht too starting from october

but desis jus play this all in reverse.
