As u mentioned ...edo oka job kotti(atleast  6-months letter vochela ) ....early extension pettukunta(will they give extension for 1 year??????)

3 years ravadam rakapovadam antha ni luck.

But ur employer is the one who need to put a request of h1 extension for next 3 years.

 talk to ur mesthri Manager directly  and tell him how much ur time, their time, resources and money are being wasted for multiple eeHokati  extensions like this.Eventually u will be continuing to work for them, So tell the manager that it would be a good idea to ASK UCHIIII EYE  S  for 3 years eeHokati .

 

 Lawyer  eeHokati  petition lo  specific ga date rasthadu. If  U CHIIII EYE  S  is ok they will give  extension till that date.

 

Most of the cases  U CHIIII EYE  S decide about 1 year and 3 year based on client letter. But mana thelugu thejalau avoid putting dates on client letter. So the next place where  U CHIIII EYE  S can decide abt time period of eeHokati   petition is the Lawyer/Mesthri request.
