Nenu follow inavi nenu namminavi....slowly they r proving me wrong...for example..
Financial ga antha sound kaadhu....baane kashtapadda...
I was an intovert chinna circle.....individuality adhi idhi books e frnds anukunevadni....ippudu circle untene baguntundemo anipistondhi...
Ammayilu ante respect and all...kaani i feel adantha trash...esama marchipoyamaa....

Manam anukune values meedha stand avvaleka....naluguritho kalavalekaaa....adho rakanga untondhi....im like different frm the presnt youth...venakki tirigi chusthe pedha enjoyy chesindhi ledhu lifee....travel cheyalani unna pedha frnds leru...

 

Nenu exactly opposite undey.. total Extrovert.. full friends circle.. all mandu parties friends.. all friends got married.. things change.. i have to change too.. 

 

Njoyment anedi very vague term.. it depends on what you find pleasure in.. esama marchipoyama anedi oka few mins pleasure.. adi kuda repetitive chestey bore kodtadi.. so continue respecting women.. You will definately find right one..

 

Values cheppatam easy stand avvatam chala kastam.. To create or destroy is very easy.. to maintain it takes character..

idey problem.. People always go for a big leap.. Start slow.. oka 3-4 weeks nuvvu vellu.. gym lo em cheyyakuna parledu.. just vellu.. do little cardio.. tarvata start with trianer.. you will loose interest if you directly start with trainer.. and Moreover start chesina do 25 mins session don't do 50 mins sessions unless you are already in some kinda training.. beginners ki dabbul bokka kakunte 25 mins is best..

 

 

If i was you, i would have gone for a boot camp/ Yoga.. Yoga toh build ayye muscle and flexibilty none can beat..
