nuvvu kuda pa gym ki.. 

I already did gym and had enough muscles to show off. But this is the not solution anyone needed. It will only fix the problem for 1-2 hrs.

He needs something that makes him proudly say I did this, I did that, without abandoning any of his principles/values. At the same time

he should be able to say, only his principles/values helped him achieve those. Otherwise he will keep regretting for sticking to his principles.

50mins to go.. ippudaina protein snack tinu.. or drink one cup milk one bannana.. and then go to gym.. atleast cardio chestunnam ivvala.. melliga next week nunchi lifting start..

They are still there but only on hands. I do 100 non-stop push-ups everyday even now. I used to do 250 and total 500 those days. Now I have lot bigger goals than this.
