Att Customer Care, What To Do?

ATT customer care vaallu naku bokka pette la unaru ... What can I do related to this? Sorry amigos.... For long story!!!!

Coming to the point...

I have ATT connection from 2008.
Dec 6 2015: I added a new line iPhone 6s Plus( in Target Mobile( target store)). My original line had upgrade option from September 2015, but did not upgraded.
Dec 11 2015: ATT started a promotion BOGO(buy one get one) when you upgrade and get a new phone. So on Dec 15th, I went to the Target store and told them.... Hey, I just brought a new phone and ATT is offering a promotion, so I will return my phone and go with that promotion. So what he said was... Since it is only 5 days, we will consider you under this promotion... So I upgraded my 2nd phone to iPhone 6S. What he said was, in order to make sure you are in this promotion...go to ATT store and confirm. If they say you are good, don't come back otherwise comeback and we will take care of it. So 2 days later.. I went to ATT store and they said call customer care. I called customer care and they said, YES I am eligible for promotion and the credit will be applied to your account after 2 billing cycles. I called ATT maybe 4 times in the last 3 months and everyone said you will receive credit after 2 billing cycles. Now for the 3rd billing cycle, the amount is not credited and when I ask them...they say, I am not eligible because I took the phone on Dec 6th.

What should I do??? Experts.. Any suggestions???

okka sari aina chat chesava vallatho? anything in that format will help.. or ippudaina chat chei.. start chatting with them and try to explain the same story.. dont give up for couple of times.. chat is good these days.. try chei it might work out...

nee call recordings bayataki teeyamani cheppu and manager ki connect cheymani cheppu man... all calls will be recorded... I was promised and now what is this sheeeet anu man...

just for showoff ki they tell that calls will be recorded. But fact not all calls are recorded

Yeah, chat chesa and the results are, (did not chatted in last 3 months) but Nina chat chesa....let's wait until next cycle and see what's goning to happen....Then I asked his details and he converted the whole topic saying...you are not eligible......

Nenu oka Chinna tappu me chesa ante... Chat lo ...store ATT store vaadu kuda , I am eligible annadu ani cheppa. So he called store and they said we did not!!!!!

Record chesi unte.. I will be very happy!!!! Last 3 months nnundi .. Everyone said you are eligible and will get credited in 3rd billing cycle,,,
