2013 there was no 4G....Airtel 4G hotspot device is available seperately its around 2.5K available on airtel website , its bit different from USB dongle.

 

Airtel in now offering 4G packs @ 3G rates looks good.

Yes adi 3G ipudu 4G/LTE dongles unnayi...Else you can also purchase Open dongles available from Huawei like companies just plug in the sim and load dialer and start using data pack :)
